Oslo, The Capital
Oslo is located beautifully in the end of the Oslofjord. With a bustling harbour connected to Denmark, Sweden and Germany with large passenger ferries, surrounded by forested hills and farmlands and a pleasant climate protected from the western and northern winds by the mountains. Less than 20 min by train Oslo is connected to the world with its international airport; one of the busiest airports in Europe. In Oslo there are museums about famous Norwegians as Munch, Fridtjof Nansen, Thor Heyerdahl and the Viking ship museum, a large outdoor historical museum and the Vigelands park. The ski jump hill Holmenkollbakken is one of the main attractions both summer and winter. International restaurant, good hotel capacity for conference, incentives and large arenas for big events both in and outdoors.
